LUCY NATKIEL is the owner and producer for BROWN BAG. She has been in charge of production of all the wonderful Molds, Stamps,
Cookie Tiles and Shortbread Pans through the years. She also made a lot of Paper Molds and accessories.
BRAVO to LUCY and we will miss her artistic ability in the years ahead, even though she is still making Shortbread Pans.
Lucy has retired from the Cookie Mold business but will issue ONE mold per year in favour of a Charity.
For 2007 it is "OUR HOUSE" to help build a house for the folks who suffered from Hurricane Katrina.
For 2008 it is "Heifer and Friends" to help the people at heifer.com who aid so many people.
